STAYING ACTIVE

An active lifestyle is important to maintain a healthy balanced life.

My goal is to get 10,000 steps per day. 

STAYING EDUCATED

It is important to always want to learn in life. Reading is proven to help memory, focus, and reduce stress. Whether you read fiction or nonfiction you can always learn from it.

My goal is to read 50 books this year, including books on history, financials, and crime, but also fantasy, mystery, and historical fiction. 

CLEANING AND TIDYING

I have a major problem with buying clothes. I want to hold myself accountable this year and donate more clothes. If I buy something new I have to get rid of 3 things. I also want to actively keep up on my laundry because it is out of hand.

This will help reduce my stress and keep my house tidy and organized.

SAVE MONEY

I am getting married this year and hoping to start a family soon. I want to work on my spending habits. Not buying frivolous things I don't need and putting more money aside for the future. 
I am going to work on asking myself if I really need something, no impulse purchases, thinking about a purchase I dont really need for a week before making it, if I'm no longer thinking of it I do not need it.
